Service Description
I help you develop empathy and emotional skills in your customer service team so that each interaction is more human and effective. Through dynamics and practical exercises, I teach how to actively listen, understand the emotional needs of customers and respond appropriately. During this session, we will complete the brief to get to know your company and its needs in depth, creating a personalized creative proposal that will include the first inspiring moodboard and a detailed quote to start the conceptualization of the workshop.
